Each Whispering Baobab treasure travels a path of reverence from its ancestral roots to your personal sanctuary. We handle every order with the care it deserves, ensuring the spirit and quality of our botanicals remain intact until they reach your door.

SACRED ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed with intention within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday). Orders placed during the weekend or on Malaysian Public Holidays will be prepared on the following business day. Once your treasure begins its journey, you will receive a confirmation email with a sacred tracking number.

DELIVERY WITHIN MALAYSIA (OUR HOME)

We take pride in our swift local delivery across the Malaysian map:
  • Peninsular Malaysia: 2–3 business days.
  • Sabah & Sarawak: 5–7 business days.

INTERNATIONAL CONNECTIONS

We are proud to bridge the distance to our global tribe. We currently offer shipping to:
  • Singapore & Brunei: 4–8 business days.
  • Select Global Regions (Africa, China, India): 7–21 business days.

SHIPPING RITUALS & FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your treasures and your sanctuary’s location.
