Returns & Refunds

The Sacred Exchange

At Whispering Baobab, we pour our hearts into every botanical treasure. Because our products are raw, unrefined, and living elements of nature, we have established a policy that ensures the hygiene, purity, and integrity of every item that enters your sanctuary.

Perishable & Botanical Items (Non-Returnable)

To maintain the sacred quality and safety of our collection, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

 

  • Botanical Oils & Sacred Butters: Due to their perishable nature and hygiene standards once opened or unsealed.
  • Ritual Herbs & Smudge Bundles: Items that are sensitive to environmental changes or considered perishable.
  • Custom Blends: Any item created specifically for your unique intentions.

Solid & Non-Perishable Treasures

We accept returns only for Solid, Non-Perishable Ancestral Tools (such as wooden tools, pottery, or metallic ritual items). To be eligible:

 

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.
  • You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your treasure

Damaged or Broken Items

If a treasure arrives damaged during its journey to you, we will make it right. Please send a photo of the damaged item and the packaging to support@whisperingbaobab.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a store credit immediately.

Refund Process

Once your solid item return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Visa/Mastercard/FPX) within 7–10 business days.
